01Website maintenance

Website maintenance, from €35 a month.

Updates, backups, security monitoring and a set of small changes every month, so the site gets better rather than older. Thirty days come with every site we build; after that it's €35 a month, rolling, and stopping changes nothing about what you own.

02Why it exists

A website doesn't stay finished.

It degrades quietly. A dependency picks up a vulnerability. Someone adds an image-heavy page and the whole site slows down. A form stops delivering to an inbox that changed six months ago and nobody notices, because a form that fails silently looks exactly like a quiet week. None of it announces itself - the first sign is usually a customer mentioning they couldn't get through.

Care is the arrangement that stops that. Every month we update what needs updating, take backups and check they actually restore, watch the security advisories that apply to what your site is built on, and look at the numbers that say whether it's still fast. You get a short report you can read in a minute, rather than an invoice with nothing attached to it.

It also covers the small changes - the new team member, the price that went up, the service you stopped offering, the photograph that's two years out of date. These are the jobs too small to justify a quote and too irritating to keep putting off, and putting them off is exactly how a site starts to look neglected. Under a care plan you send a sentence and it's done.

Thirty days come with every site we build or rebuild, so the month after launch - the one where things actually surface - is covered without a decision. After that it's €35 a month, rolling, and entirely optional. The site is yours either way.

03What's covered

Five things, every month.

01

Updates and backups

Framework, dependencies and platform kept current, with backups taken and restore-tested rather than assumed. An untested backup is a folder, not a safety net.

02

Security monitoring

We watch the advisories that apply to what your site is actually built on, and patch before it becomes news rather than after someone forwards you the article.

03

Small changes

Prices, staff, opening hours, a service you no longer offer, a photograph swapped out. Send a sentence; it's done. No ticket, no quote for a five-minute job.

04

Speed reports

Load times and Core Web Vitals checked monthly, with one plain sentence about what changed and whether it's worth doing anything about.

05

Priority support

Your message goes to the front of the queue rather than into a ticket system, and it reaches the people who built the site rather than a first line who'll ask you to clear your cache.

04What it costs

One number, and an exit.

First thirty days

Every site we build or rebuild ships with a month of care, so the period where problems actually surface is covered without you having to decide anything.

included

Monthly care

Updates and backups, security monitoring, small changes each month, speed reports and priority support. Rolling - cancel any month.

from €35/mo+ VAT

No care plan

The site keeps running. There's no licence to expire, no kill switch and nothing that stops working because you stopped paying us.

€0+ VAT

Care is a rolling monthly arrangement, not a contract term, and it isn't a condition of anything. You own the code, the design files and the domain outright from final payment - care is a service you can take or leave, and leaving it costs you nothing but the service.

05Questions

Before you commit.

What happens if I don't take a care plan?

Nothing. The site keeps working exactly as it did. There's no licence to expire and no kill switch, and you own the code and the domain outright from final payment. Care is a service, not a condition - we'd rather say that plainly than let you assume otherwise.

What counts as a small change?

Text edits, price updates, swapping a photograph, adding a team member, changing opening hours, publishing a post - things that take us minutes and would take you an afternoon. A new page or a new feature is a quote, and we'll tell you that rather than quietly spending your month on it.

How fast do you respond when something breaks?

Priority support means your message goes to the front of our queue and reaches the people who built the site. We answer enquiries within one working day as a matter of course, and a site that's genuinely down isn't something that waits for a queue at all.

Can you maintain a site you didn't build?

Sometimes. It depends what it's built on and what state it's in. We'll look first and tell you honestly whether it's maintainable as it stands, or whether you'd be paying us monthly to keep alive something that would cost less to rebuild once.

Can I cancel?

Any month. It's rolling, not a term, and cancelling changes nothing about what you own. We'd rather you paused it and came back than felt tied to it - a maintenance plan someone resents is one nobody uses.
